• Business Transformation - establish and implement go to market and CRM plans for the North America market; facilitate impartial business self-assessments, mentoring and development.

• Program Management - mobilize and execute program management solutions, execute 7P's framework principles.

• Supply Chain Managment - provide construction cost and procurement management services.

​​

• Risk Mangement - lead/facilitate construction risk identification, planning and implementing mitigation strategies and anti-fraud strategies. Undertake compliance assessments/audits.

​​

• Dispute Resolution - simplify litigation and arbitration cases in addition to supporting mediation.

​​

• ​Economic, Social and Governance reporting - develop and implement real estate programs that align with Company's ESG program.
